Black Americans seem to hold onto the words Nigger, Coon, and the blackface image tighter than we hold onto money. You should be just as pissed when you read in the New Testament "Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;"

As a matter of fact you should scratch that verse out of our Bible entirely and slap any white preacher that reads it even for commentary.

Although those words and actions throws our past of inhuman treachery or torment into our face we are making it a sickness that we are passing to the Black children who should be long remove from its viciousness. I have been called Nigger twice once by a white man and another innocent time by a South African Black man. Yes, in both cases I showed some sensitivity but now, I don't care.

The only two professions that should make you cringe if they used the words Nigger, Coon or wore Blackface in the past are teachers and preachers because they have access to the children but to remain sensitive because classless white people have been involved in such characters attacks gets a big (KMA) Kiss My Ass. I am desensitized to all of it because neither has stopped me from feeding, or clothing my family being they are words and deeds cloaked in secrecy hidden in books and parties. We should never remove any of it from our history because it has a lot of revelations about people; we should just remove the hysteria, exaggerated or uncontrollable emotion or excitement, of it.
