IS CUSSING A SIN

Is cussing a sin? No. Cussing/ slang are international words defined as verbs characterized by not having or containing a direct object. An action verb with a direct object is transitive (bounce) as with a ball while an action verb with no direct object is intransitive like (skedaddle). Intransitive words are attached to some objects by broken languages. 'Fuck' of early 16th century: of Germanic origin (compare Swedish dialect focka and Dutch dialect fokkelen ); possibly from an Indo-European root meaning ‘strike’, shared by Latin pugnus ‘fist’. Fuck is an obscene English-language word which often refers to the act of sexual intercourse but is also commonly used as an intensifier or to denote disdain.

The Bible records in Colossians 3:8 "But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene talk from your mouth". And in Psalm 39:1 “I said, ‘I will guard my ways, Lest I sin with my tongue; I will restrain my mouth with a muzzle, While the wicked are before me.’” The Bible considered calling someone a dog, pig or viper as cursing but those words today can't hurt anybody like the word 'bitch'. Curse words are nothing but old Anglo Saxon terms for either normal bodily functions or descriptive characters like you pig, bitch or pussy. They're only "dirty" because some people think they're "dirty." Think of it this way, if the word is dirty the object referred to is as well.

A couple of biblical word are ben ‘avah marduwth, coming from 1 Samuel 20:30 meaning “stupid son of a bitch.” Just because “son of a perverse rebellious woman” is not a “swear word” outside of Hebrew doesn’t take away the meaning of what is being said here. (Some paraphrase translators do translate it as “son of a bitch” or “son of a slut”).
