Psychosis is a severe mental disorder in which thought and emotions cause abnormal thinking and perceptions. Is Heaven a part of this behavior when it seems to be more glorious than earth being it is a matter of a mental perception rather than empirical to determine it as sweeter, better, kinder, gentler, ... In traditional Christianity, heaven is considered to be a physical place in the afterlife. Christianity is not alone, there are Chinese, Islam and many pagan belief systems that share in this belief, even if it is a belief in reincarnation like many forms of Hinduism and Buddhism that places heaven on earth.

Is heaven worth the characterization of no more sicknesses, pains, or deaths. What is it worth to perceive Apple pie and Ice cream if you can only perceive it and not receive it through touch, taste, smell or sight. Is heaven a socially acceptable insanity like love, a concept to make you happy but can be characterized by certain abnormal behavioral patterns. Furthermore why would God want you around a second time. Isn't that insanity on his part by doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.

The Bible gives a vivid view of hell, Revelation 20:10 "And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever."

Then there is heaven left to the imagination. Revelation 21: "And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man." Now hell is conceivable on earth because we get a little taste of it on earth. But you have to form an imagination for heaven.
