There is nothing Jesus does empirically today that is observable to believe in. It is all biblically recorded as past actions and history. Nothing he did was repetitive in the Bible, that happens today. You believe in yourself or another person because of their repetitive actions to solidify your belief in them. Not for who they are or because they say to "believe in me." Should that be how to believe in God or Jesus because of statements in the Bible to "believe in me."
