The stop-question-and-frisk program, or stop-and-frisk, in New York City, is a New York City Police Department practice of temporarily detaining, questioning, and at times searching civilians and suspects on the street for weapons and other contraband. So what! Grown-ass men stopped on the street and frisked for weapons and contraband. I was 12 years old in 1970 delivering newspapers with my brother in downtown Peoria, IL, on a Saturday morning carrying 50 pounds of newspapers. We were stopped, told to get on the wall spread-eagle, searched because of a robbery committed two miles away and may I say literally up hill in the opposite direction. So what!

It was part of the times that still lingers today without it being a law. That... my brother, my sister, is no reason to hold Michael Bloomberg at fault for a situation he apologized for. Did African Americans forgive Bill and Hillary Clinton for the imprisonment of Black Americans. As the old folks would say, "don't cut off your nose to spite the face." An expression to describe a needlessly self-destructive over-reaction to a problem.

Many African Americans cut their nose off against Hillary Clinton because of her predator statement of the 90s. And you got Trump in return. If it is between Bloomberg and Biden the decision is precise. Biden hasn't done anything with money or African Americans. Don't forget his actions with the school segregation that he never apologized for. Biden has not provided one job, college education, welfare check or support for African Americans since the 70s. You can ask the question to both candidates, "what have you done for me lately" and you can find negatives on both sides but which is the lesser evil "stop and frisk" by Bloomberg or "segregation" by Biden. Biden led the charge on an issue that kept black students away from the classrooms of white students. Give Bloomberg the time to redeem himself he already made an apology that Biden has never done.
