Your Rabbi? Is likely a Democrat. Your white Baptist Pastor? Is likely a Republican. Your Black Baptist Pastor? Is likely a Democrat. Your Catholic Priest? Is likely a Republican. Your Jehovah Witness Pastor? Noncommittal? Jesus would have flipped back and forth over the centuries first starting out as a Republican. The Republican Party, also referred to as the

GOP ('Grand old party'), is emerged in 1854 to combat the Kansas–Nebraska Act and the expansion of slavery into American territories.

The Democratic Party the nation’s oldest existing political party dominated in the South due to its opposition to civil and political rights for African Americans. Jesus as a part of the national voting block would have been a Republican until the early 1960 until a major shift took place in the 20th century to democratic party who became the party of all people. Today’s Democrats are known for their association with a strong federal government and support for minority and women’s rights, environmental protection and progressive reforms to the welfare of the country.

Jesus would not be a Republican today conjoined to the philosophy of a president who had affairs on his wives, been married three times, consistently lies, jailed children and parents from other countries. Who does not support the poor, sick, widows are the homeless. Jesus wouldn't accept an anti-abortionist

who wants to limit or prevent the legal

availability of abortions as a tradeoff to be a Republican party candidate for president. Jesus's acceptable stance would be a party that covered the sick, homeless, poor, widows and the children. Therefore Jesus would be a democrat today.
