WHY ARE YOU SAVED BUT YOUR PARENTS LIVING BEFORE JESUS ARE NOT

Let this sink in for a moment. Christianity is less than 2000 years old and it wasn't started by Jesus but by Peter and Paul. You had parents that existed before the gospels or the crucifixion who were not Jews or Christians. There was no forgiveness of sins or a redeemer that existed then. So, were they not saved. Or did Jesus redeem the living as well as those that died before him on the cross.

Are those parents that lived before Jesus lost forever. And if not, how were they saved from the grave. And is it fair to say only those living after the crucifixion are saved. Isn't that an unfair advantage by a simple matter of time.

There had to be redemption from the beginning otherwise nobody is saved before the crucifixion. If your parents before Jesus were saved, is it retroactive salvation. And if salvation was retroactive then wouldn't you think it is retroactive after you die now before asking for forgiveness. What happened to those parents who lived not knowing Jesus because he wasn't born then. Are they relinquished to hell under the circumstances of being born at the wrong time but you are saved by time and circumstances. If salvation is outfitted for those who only ask Jesus for forgiveness than nobody is saved prehistorically to the cross. How convenient it is that Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and David wouldn't be saved, and you are.
